Editorial synthesis of test-kitchen results (America's Test Kitchen's cookware sets review, updated October 2025) cross-checked against manufacturer specifications from All-Clad, Made In, Tramontina, and Demeyere, then verified against live Amazon listings. No first-hand lab testing — our role is to synthesize what expert sources and manufacturer documentation already state.
